Receptionist - University City, San Diego

A well-respected and established law firm in University City, San Diego, is seeking a professional and polished High-Level Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding direct hire opportunity with a company known for its excellence, integrity, and supportive work culture. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and legal professionals, providing a welcoming and professional environment while handling a variety of front office responsibilities with discretion and accuracy. This is a permanent opportunity offering $26-$29 per hour, along with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately

Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics

Maintain the reception area to reflect the firm's professional standards

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services

Assist with administrative projects as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative work

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

Working Hours:

Full-time

Onsite

Monday- Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm PST

Position Details:

Location: University City, San Diego

Direct hire role

Compensation: $26.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
