Talent Specialist | Recruiter at LHH Recruitment Solutions
Are you a numbers-savvy professional who thrives in a small, business casual setting? Were looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a friendly accounting team and take the lead on billing and collections, with occasional support in accounts payable.
What Youll Do:
- Keep customer records up to date in the accounting system
- Generate and reconcile invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and organize sales tax exemption documentation
- Post payments and track incoming receipts
- Make business to business collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
- Pitch in with general office and admin tasks when needed
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of recent accounts receivable experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
