The RSFO, Secure Program Management Branch (SPMB) has a developmental detail or temporary promotion for a Program Support Specialist . T he position is located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland which offers convenient free on-site parking to all employees. The position is a temporaryassignmentand will run for a periodnot to exceed 111days. Start date is on orabout 7 September 2025.

Major Duties

CEFMS: Time and Attendance (T&A) and Travel; Incumbent will serve as the timekeeper and travel Point of Contact (POC) for the SPMB. Responsible for ensuring records are submitted and approved in a timely manner, and discrepancies or issues are communicated and resolved appropriately.Responsible for assisting and/or processing all travel orders and vouchers for the SPMB staff. Administrative: Manages the Branch Chiefs calendar, including scheduling and coordinating internal meetings and events (e.g., pre-briefs, PRBs, Work Acceptance, CSRBs). Captures and distributes meeting minutes, maintains suspense logs, and ensures timely and thorough engagement and update of all taskers. Reviews and monitors action documents and correspondence to confirm adherence to deadlines and quality standards. IT and Property Inventory and Tracking: Responsible for property inventory, tracking, creating hand receipts & sub-hand receipts. All Branch equipment will be tracked and updated internally on an excel spreadsheet and externally with the USACE Logistics Activity (ULA). Office Automation / Operations Management: Reviews, revises, establishes and controls a variety of administrative and/or program support functions for the Branch including the suspense system, file systems, reference materials. Provides administrative and program support, encompassing the development and control of administrative systems (e.g., suspense and file management) and reference materials. Manages meeting logistics, including coordination, materials preparation, minute-taking, task assignment, and deadline tracking, ensuring the Branch Chief is regularly updated on all progress. Supplies: Incumbent will be the primary POC for ordering office supplies via the USACE OrderTrak system. The Clerical Assistant/Receptionist will coordinate with you on supplies needed to keep the office supply closet stocked.
