DAYS/HOURS:
40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some early morning, evening and weekend hours as needed. Non-Essential position (storms and response). LOCATION:
444 Harrison Ave. Boston and other Pine Street Inn locations as needed. Some hybrid work is available, but this position requires on-site presence and the ability to travel to all PSI Housing properties. POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Project Manager is a diverse position within the Operations division of Pine Street Inn. Operations encompass the following departments: Facilities and Capital Planning, Security, Workforce Development and Emergency Shelter Operations. The Operations Project Manager will support the Operations teams with administrative support and project-based initiatives and analysis. Additionally, this role will serve as Project Manager, responsible for creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects across the entire organization. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/TRAINING: REQUIRED: Valid driver’s license Meets qualifications to become an authorized PSI driver High School Diploma KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: Superior organizational, written, and verbal communications skills and demonstrated project management experience Demonstrated commitment to Pine Street Inn’s mission and a positive approach to change Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software (e.g., Smartsheet, Building Engines) Experience in and ability to maintain confidential records and information Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a team-oriented environment Willingness to work some evenings and early mornings, as needed : Knowledge of various project management methodologies Experience in Operations Management, including inventory replenishment and tracking Experience reading and interpreting financial reports. Ability to develop, analyze and measure alternative financial scenarios for program operations.
