444 Harrison Ave, Boston MA and other Pine Street Inn sites as needed. Schedule:
40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., may include nights and/or weekend hours as needed. Position Summary
The Associate Director of Housing Navigation provides leadership to the Housing Navigation staff, overseeing operations and outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising Housing Placement management staff, collaborating across departments, ensuring compliance with funding sources, developing policies, analyzing data, and representing PSI in external work groups. The primary goal is to move individuals from homelessness into permanent housing. Qualifications
Education/Training:
REQUIRED: BSW, BA, or BS in a human services related field or at least three (3) years of equivalent experience in a social service setting. PREFERRED: MSW or Master’s Degree in a related field, bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole. Knowledge/Experience:
REQUIRED: Five+ years in human services, four+ years in leadership, experience in client assessment, crisis intervention, housing programs, and systems. PREFERRED: Experience navigating housing systems, housing search, and familiarity with Housing First and Rapid Rehousing. Additional Information
