Direct message the job poster from Marina Sirras & Associates LLC Junior Patent Litigation Associate - San Francisco and Palo Alto Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior IP litigation associate to work on cutting edge IP matters for its Intellectual Property Practice in San Francisco or Palo Alto. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $260k. Qualifications 2-3 years of all phases of IP litigation experience, including pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal. Strong drafting skills in complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Experience in researching patent-related legal and technical issues. Experience supporting depositions and contributing to case strategies. California bar or other U.S. jurisdiction is required. Technical degree in engineering or technology field is required. USPTO or eligible to sit for the patent bar.
