The salary for this position compensates up to $300k and is dependent upon a range of factors, including experience and location. Qualifications 5-10 years of trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement actions. Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters would be a plus. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused. Strong analytical andorganization skills. Excellent academic credentials.
