What You'll Do:

  • 4+ years of experience in aerospace or precision machining with expertise in tight-tolerance CNC operations.
  • Operate multi-axis CNC lathes (35 axis), particularly Puma, Doosan, or comparable machinery.
  • Utilize CAM software proficiency, specifically GibbsCAM for milling and Mastercam for lathe programming.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with E2 ERP systems; confirm experience during candidate screening if not listed.
  • Interpret complex engineering blueprints and conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections.
  • Maintain precision by working with the tightest tolerances in prototype-heavy, high-mix, low-volume production environments.

You Bring:

  • A strong understanding of high-spec aerospace machining standards and quality requirements.
  • Experience working within AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified environments.
  • Proficiency in machining, inspection processes, and familiarity with ERP/CAM software systems.
