We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and be proficient in operating CNC milling machines. CNC programming skill a plus. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in fabricating precision components that meet our high standards.
*Duties*
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
* Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
* Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function.
* Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
* Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in machining, specifically with CNC Mill machines.
* Familiarity with logic controllers and CAM programming is preferred.
* Strong understanding of basic math concepts for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Experience with CAD software for interpreting designs is highly desirable.
* Ability to fabricate parts with precision while adhering to strict quality standards.
* Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
