The IT Enterprise Support Technician is responsible for: Monitor help desk ticketing system and troubleshoot L1 & L2 issues PC deployment (imaging, communication, setup) Deployment of end-user equipment (Monitors, Printers, Phones, etc.) Maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user applications Utilize and improve remote PC management (RMM) processes and toolsets Deploy and service essential software packages Support for on-prem Microsoft Office and Office 365 Work as a change agent within the company Provide training on new systems Educate users on features and functions of devices that will increase productivity Empower the workforce by providing reliable tools When necessary assist in the management of vendors and consultants Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A successful candidate for the IT Enterprise Support technician is someone who is: At minimum 5 years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position) At minimum 5 years working in an End-User support capacity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting executive leadership. Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations. Ability to travel (Up to 20%).
