They offer a broad range of products, including die and wafer solutions, advanced packaging, component modification, and testing services tailored to mission-critical systems.Job DescriptionThe IT Enterprise Support Technician is responsible for:Monitor help desk ticketing system and troubleshoot L1 & L2 issuesPC deployment (imaging, communication, setup)Deployment of end-user equipment (Monitors, Printers, Phones, etc).Maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user applicationsUtilize and improve remote PC management (RMM) processes and toolsetsDeploy and service essential software packagesSupport for on-prem Microsoft Office and Office 365Work as a change agent with in the companyProvide training on new systemsEducate users on features and functions of devices that will increase productivityEmpower the work force by providing reliable toolsWhen necessary assist in the management of vendors and consultants.Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
