The industrial manufacturing industry Continuous Improvement Champion will: Develop a strategic CI roadmap aligned with company objectives, identifying and prioritizing high-impact process improvements. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams using Lean and CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, Transactional Process Improvement, VAVE, and DFMA. Embed CI principles into management systems and decision-making processes. Develop and track KPIs, visual management systems, and performance dashboards. Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on CI tools and Lean methodologies. Collaborate across departments to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve workflows. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Support initiatives in cost reduction, quality improvement, and throughput enhancement. Standardize best practices and promote knowledge sharing across the organization. Benchmark against industry best practices to continuously refine the CI strategy. Integrate safety improvement initiatives into all CI projects to ensure a safe, efficient workplace. The industrial manufacturing industry ideal candidate will: Have 5+ years of experience applying CI tools in manufacturing, engineering, sales/marketing, or business operations. Be highly skilled in Lean tools and methods (VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, TPI, VAVE, DFMA). Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate change initiatives. Be analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented. Show a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Have proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Minitab. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (advanced manufacturing process knowledge is a plus). What's on Offer
