Continuous Improvement Leader

The Continuous Improvement Leader will: Develop and execute a strategic Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities across departments. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams using CI tools such as VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, VAVE, DFMA, and TPI. Integrate CI thinking into management systems, workflows, and decision-making processes. Collaborate with teams to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize workflows. Train, mentor, and coach employees on CI principles and tools to build internal capability. Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas. Develop and maintain KPIs and visual management systems to track CI progress. Support strategic initiatives related to cost reduction, quality improvement, and throughput. Standardize and document best practices across the organization. Benchmark internal and external best practices to evolve the CI strategy. Promote a culture of safety by integrating safety practices into all CI efforts. The successful applicant will have: 5+ years of hands-on experience applying Continuous Improvement (CI) tools across functions such as engineering, manufacturing, sales, and finance. Strong knowledge of CI methodologies and tools, including VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, VAVE, DFMA, and TPI. Proven track record of leading successful CI initiatives and driving measurable results. Experience facilitating and influencing cross-functional teams through change. Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Minitab). Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Experience working in organizations with mature CI or lean systems. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software platforms. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. Knowledge of assembly and machining processes is a plus.
