As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations while driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. This role is critical in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining sanitation excellence. You'll lead performance management and talent development, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, and a commitment to quality, safety, and Associate engagement. In addition to managing production targets and resource utilization, you'll enforce standard operating procedures, lead safety initiatives, and collaborate closely with the Food Safety & Quality team to uphold product standards. You'll conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and champion best practices to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment. What you need to be considered for the role: High School or GED 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of sanitation and food safety practices. Proven track record of implementing TPM and lean manufacturing methodologies. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance. Familiarity with food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA guidelines, and GMPs. Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical manuals, and SOPs. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or other related field strongly desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered. Physical Demands and Work Conditions: This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 2050 lbs, as well as frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration. The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery.
