Construction Project Manager

We are a high-end residential construction firm based in South Florida, specializing in the construction of large-scale custom homes ranging from $2M to $10M+. With a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service, we build luxury residences throughout the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach areas. As we continue to take on new, high-profile projects, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from groundbreaking to final punch. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of custom home construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and job cost tracking. Oversee daily job site activities and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors. Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, architects, and consultants. Lead weekly jobsite meetings and issue progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure the highest level of quality control and attention to detail throughout the project. Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or budgets. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists. 5+ years of experience managing custom home construction projects in the $2M-$10M+ range. Strong understanding of luxury residential construction methods, materials, and finishes. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors on high-end projects. Skilled in project scheduling and cost management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, or similar). Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills. Familiarity with South Florida permitting processes and local building codes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel between jobsites.
