Litigation Assistant

Full-Time A San Diego-based legal team is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to provide comprehensive support in litigation and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal documentation, court filings, scheduling, and overall administrative coordination within a legal environment. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination Manage calendars, email correspondence, contact databases, and task lists Coordinate scheduling and communication for meetings, phone calls, and conference calls Handle internal and external communications in a professional and timely manner Document Services Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and presentations from notes or verbal instructions Revise, format, and finalize documents including tables of contents and authorities Proofread documents to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and formatting Compare and merge documents using appropriate tools and systems Court and Legal Support File court documents, request transcripts, and conduct basic litigation research Perform name or entity searches and assist with business registration and related filings Meeting and Event Support Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling attendees, tracking RSVPs, and arranging catering or support services as needed Ensure all required materials and equipment are prepared for internal and external meetings Qualifications
Prior experience in a litigation support or legal administrative role strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits
