APCoordinator Up to $75,000/year
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoices, assisting with payables, and generating monthly financial reports. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and thrive in collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Verify and ensure accuracy of incoming invoices
Support Project Managers in preparing weekly payment schedules
Create and distribute monthly reports for billing and project assessments
Manage monthly invoicing processes utilizing completed billing forms
Prepare and share monthly financial summaries with Project Managers and the CFO
Qualifications:
1-2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industries
Experience with project contracts, invoices, and change order documents
Familiarity with Timberline/Sage300, T-Scan, or Avid software a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
