We’re looking for a Sous Chef  with a strong background and enthusiasm to help lead the team at one of DC's  most celebrated seafood restaurants.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a skilled, motivated hospitality professional who brings:

✔ 1–2+ years of experience in culinary leadership
✔ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
✔ Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food management
✔ Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation
✔ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
✔ Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
✔ A professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable approach
✔ A team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
