Bilingual Spanish - Customer Relations Representative (Temporary) Location: Sacramento, CA - On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We're looking for a

Bilingual Customer Relations Representative

to support a busy customer service team in Sacramento. This is a

temporary role

designed to help manage a high volume of inquiries and ensure customers receive timely, compassionate support.

What You'll Do: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries, status updates, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

Route or escalate calls as needed and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in internal systems.

Support reporting and analysis efforts by ensuring data is entered correctly and consistently.

Contribute to process improvements and help identify ways to enhance customer experience.

Take on special projects and cross-functional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical training preferred).

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

At least 6 months of relevant experience; 1-2 years in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, patient demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

A team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow professionally.

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
