Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Temporary Role)
Location: San Francisco, CA - On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Our client in
San Francisco
is seeking a
Customer Support Specialist
to assist with a temporary surge in customer inquiries. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems with empathy and efficiency, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Deliver responsive and compassionate support via phone and email, handling inquiries, complaints, and general questions.
Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring each interaction is documented accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Use active listening and clear communication to ensure customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
Maintain organized records and contribute to reporting efforts.
Participate in special projects and support process improvements to enhance service delivery.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or vocational training is a plus).
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
At least 6 months of customer service experience; call center background preferred.
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a supportive team
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
