In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing information about our services. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and clients Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, or in a related role, is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
