Owner/Franchisee POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other relevant laws. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs values. Maintain profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines. Coordinate and implement current operations plans and company initiatives profitably and promptly. Ensure proper staffing with qualified, well-trained personnel. Oversee ongoing training and development of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers. Participate in local restaurant marketing activities. Implement and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure all programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Engage in community affairs to leverage sales and PR opportunities. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Effectively communicate issues impacting the business to the GM/Owner. Maintain restaurant equipment and report problems immediately. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.
