Position Summary
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and others necessary for legal operation.
Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs' culture, beliefs, and values.
Operate within guidelines to ensure profitability through managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
Coordinate and implement operational plans and company initiatives effectively and profitably.
Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel who are trained and developed appropriately.
Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts.
Promote and implement all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
Engage in community affairs to enhance sales and public relations.
Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
Communicate any issues impacting the business to the GM/Owner promptly.
Maintain restaurant equipment and report problems immediately.
Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.
Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
