PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other relevant laws. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs values. Maintain profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines. Coordinate and implement operational plans and company initiatives effectively and timely. Ensure proper staffing with qualified, trained personnel and focus on their development. Participate in local marketing efforts within the trade area. Promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure all reports, programs, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. Engage in community affairs to enhance sales and public relations. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Communicate any issues impacting the business to GM/Owner effectively. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and report problems immediately. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year About Firehouse Subs
