Overview
Senior Manager, 5G Advanced Network Solutions ANS Product Management Base pay range: $140,500.00/yr - $253,500.00/yr. Location: Washington, DC. Responsibilities
Define long-term strategy of the product portfolio and align various product roadmaps; drive end-to-end technical delivery and define release scope. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology teams and external partners to deliver 5G ANS solutions that enable transformational connectivity across industries. Collaborate with customers and executives to promote 5G ANS product objectives; support customer trials, on-site deployments, and demonstrations of ROI and value realization. Own lifecycle management of multiple products, communicating product vision and roadmap; develop business cases for product development. Develop change management plans to cascade Vision and Strategy across executives, leaders, and direct reports. Provide regular guidance to Product Management team and vendors on execution; ensure accountability for implementation, service levels, and adherence to contractual terms. Ensure product funding follows enterprise processes; resolve blockers with funding and coordinate activities among internal teams and vendors. Collaborate with leadership to determine back-office budgets and opportunities for cost savings and service quality improvements. Represent T-Mobile as primary contact with vendors for performance reviews, escalations, and issue resolution; maintain relationships with vendor leadership to align service delivery expectations. Assist direct reports with prioritization and resource allocation; develop development plans and leadership opportunities; implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Provide coaching and foster a culture of timely, constructive feedback; hire, manage, and develop high-performing ICs; may serve as Product Manager for specific products or groups. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required). Work Experience: 7+ years in Product Management within an agile development environment; 2–4 years leading teams of 5+ resources. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Product Lifecycle Management experience; strong communication and collaboration with leadership; strong business analytics and ability to analyze product use data. Base Pay Range: $140,500 - $253,500. Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. Eligible for annual bonus or incentives depending on role and performance.
