Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales records are essential, along with meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment. * This posting is an ongoing opportunity. It allows interested individuals to express interest for future roles in selected cities when openings occur. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:
Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, segments, and industries. Convert leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:
Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and delivering excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking. Market & Product Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management. Consultative Selling:
Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions. Prepare quotes and negotiate terms that meet customer and business needs. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to record sales activities and generate reports, tracking metrics to ensure goal achievement. Team Collaboration:
Work with operations and support teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide leadership and support to colleagues as needed.

Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calls from the office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Teams and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
