Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business through strategic sales planning, prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships via regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed about market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of This Role Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and execute a sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce to track relationships. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports to track progress and results. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.

Skills & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily office-based with outbound cold-calling. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
