Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive new business by developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and achieving performance goals through effective time management in a dynamic environment. * This is an ongoing posting to express interest in future openings for Territory Sales Managers in various cities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build and sustain customer partnerships, understanding needs and providing tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and research market opportunities for growth. Consultative Selling:

Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to meet goals. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and support teams, providing leadership as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with approximately 80% outbound cold-calling. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach.
