Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM for managing performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and collaborate with teams for seamless project execution. Maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals through strong time management are essential in this fast-paced role. * This is an ongoing posting for future opportunities in selected cities, allowing interested candidates to share their interest for upcoming roles. Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain a robust sales pipeline, identify prospects, and convert leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build long-term partnerships, understand customer needs, and utilize Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Offer competitive, value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate effectively. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to track sales, generate reports, and meet targets. Team Collaboration:

Work with operations and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.

Skills & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or experience at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits; role based in the branch with 80% outbound calling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is helpful but not required. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
