We’re looking for a passionate Product Analyst to help shape the future of our AI-powered enterprise search platform (Glean-based). In this cross-functional role, you’ll connect business stakeholders with engineering teams—translating user needs into actionable technical requirements. You’ll lead change management initiatives, drive adoption, and ensure the platform delivers value across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed search-related requirements. Technical Translation: Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams to communicate requirements to engineers. Product Roadmap Input: Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the roadmap based on feedback and industry trends. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design and execute UAT plans to ensure features meet business needs and enhance user experience. Change Management: Lead training, create adoption materials, and support change initiatives across departments. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, tailored updates, documentation, and presentations to both technical and non-technical teams. Market Research: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and enterprise search. Data Analysis: Review usage metrics and feature performance to guide product enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment. Strong grasp of Agile and the product development lifecycle. Proven expertise in business requirement gathering and technical translation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with change management and user enablement. Analytical mindset with experience in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau (a plus). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise search platforms is a bonus. Seniority level
