What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues with software, hardware, and electronic products through phone, email, or chat - Collaborate with Sales, Client Service Managers, and Development to address critical customer issues - Manage Knowledgebase content and provide training and coaching to new team members - Assist team members with client questions related to supported products and system-related issues - Create product-specific feedback reports for product development teams
What is Required (Qualifications): - Advanced product knowledge of Accounting CS Professional Suite - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a service environment - Ability to interpret and analyze customer inquiries effectively - Exceptional active listening skills for understanding customer needs - Professional demeanor when dealing with diverse individuals at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a customer service environment, particularly with complex product inquiries - Familiarity with tools and applications relevant to the role - Previous experience in training or coaching team members
