Overview: Microsoft Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence. Our team fosters cross-Region, cross-Area, and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution, accelerating transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver impactful business results at scale. We are hiring a Senior Program Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies and programs that grow the Americas AI Business Solutions segment. This role involves designing, localizing, orchestrating, executing, and measuring scalable programs that meet market needs, boost growth (pipeline, acceleration, and usage), and increase market share. The manager will collaborate closely with the Global Partners Solutions organization, the Central Marketing Organization (CMO), Americas Sales teams, and Worldwide AI Business Solutions teams. Americas (US, Canada, Brazil, Latin America) Programs Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Planning, and Delivery
Create and orchestrate scalable GTM strategies and execution plans to support AI Business Solutions' revenue, market share, seats, and usage growth. Define program scope, objectives, audience, and expected outcomes. Provide execution guidance, including request processes, roles, responsibilities, and partner leverage. Establish KPIs to measure execution and business impact, and implement an improvement cycle. Sponsor global programs, provide feedback, and influence new program definitions. Align investments to prioritize programs and capture growth opportunities across industries and operating units. Work closely with Americas SE&O, GPS teams, field teams, and global teams to ensure alignment and execution. Field Engagement & Partner Collaboration
Evangelize existing programs and stacking strategies among field teams and partners. Ensure advocacy for programs so teams can leverage resources effectively. Engage partners throughout all activities, focusing on scale and impact. Gather feedback from field, segment, partner, and customer teams to refine programs. Business Management
Set and attain KPIs, report on business impact, and derive insights to improve performance. Simplify programs to create scale and efficiency. Assess activity impact, compare strategy plans, and drive corrective actions as needed. Commit to continuous improvement based on data and insights.
