The Specialty Infusion Sales Executive, Hybrid Sales, is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory of primary and secondary customers in the Non-Acute Specialty Infusion market. This role focuses on territory management, business development, customer retention, contract compliance, and solution implementation for Specialty Infusion Pharmacies and Home Infusion. It requires navigating a complex market, problem-solving, connecting stakeholders, and achieving results with diverse internal and external partners, including Specialty Infusion Pharmacies, Ambulatory Infusion suites, manufacturers, and GPOs. The role demands market knowledge, urgency, attention to detail, and a blend of in-person and virtual sales techniques, collaboration, and customer service excellence. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Hybrid Selling & Territory Management

Utilize both in-person and virtual selling techniques to develop effective sales strategies. Develop and execute a territory management plan with a regular call cycle and ad hoc interactions. Leverage digital tools and social media to engage customers and promote Cencora's offerings. Team Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Field Sales, Long Term Care, GPO, Finance, Credit) to align strategies and meet sales goals. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Customer Service, Contracts, Account Maintenance) to ensure seamless service and resolve issues. Lead customer onboarding and address issues related to GPOs and contracts. Existing Customer Sales & New Business Development

Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, profit, and margin growth. Expand relationships by selling the full suite of Cencora solutions, including Accelerate, Elevate Provider Network, Freight Optimization, etc. Convert secondary customers to primary by promoting adoption of Cencora's offerings. Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the New Business Development team. Negotiate and implement Purchase Sales Agreements (PSAs) to retain customers and ensure profitability. Solutions Implementation & Customer Service

Lead the implementation of customer solutions, ensuring adoption and satisfaction. Monitor contract compliance and proactively address issues to maintain loyalty. Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues efficiently. Account & Territory Planning

Develop an annual strategic plan with the Specialty Infusion Director to achieve business goals. Use sales reporting tools to identify and analyze growth opportunities. Maintain accurate account activity records in ABForce and other sales tools. Professional Development

Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and industry knowledge. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and best practices through self-study and ongoing learning. Use the Cencora sales process to deliver value to customers. Build expertise in the Specialty Infusion industry and understand customer objectives, KPIs, and challenges. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals, distribution, home infusion, or alternate care segments. Skills & Competencies

Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record. Ability to analyze market trends, educate customers, and challenge their practices. Knowledge of retail and alternate care industries, including trends and challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced financial acumen, including profit and loss understanding. Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills. High digital dexterity and data literacy to utilize new tools and technologies effectively. Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend trips as required. Key Attributes for Success
