Duties: Provide administrative support by: Preparing correspondence, reports, matrixes, slide presentations, meeting minutes and charts Facilitating training Participating in special projects Reading and understanding required policies and procedures Provide clerical support by: Preparing expense reports for approval Setting up and organizing meetings and facility events, including ordering/coordinating required catering Coordinating travel plans and calendars Evaluating vendors, purchasing and maintaining misc. supplies Handling all incoming and outgoing mail; answering phones Shift hours vary but are primarily M-F, 8A - 4:30P. Extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally to support facility or customer events. Note this position is not project based and is intended to be a contract to hire if the fit is right for both Company and the candidate.
Skills Required: Highly organized Self-starter Excellent verbal and written communication Collaborative, friendly, and outgoing Creative MS Office Suite Desired Purchasing Event Planning Project management
Education: 2-year degree, 2-4 years of experience or equivalent education or related experience
