Duties:
Provide administrative support by:
- Preparing correspondence, reports, matrixes, slide presentations, meeting minutes and charts
- Facilitating training
- Participating in special projects
- Reading and understanding required policies and procedures
Provide clerical support by:
- Preparing expense reports for approval
- Setting up and organizing meetings and facility events, including ordering/coordinating required catering
- Coordinating travel plans and calendars
- Evaluating vendors, purchasing and maintaining misc. supplies
- Handling all incoming and outgoing mail; answering phones
- Shift hours vary but are primarily M-F, 8A - 4:30P. Extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally to support facility or customer events.
Note this position is not project based and is intended to be a contract to hire if the fit is right for both Company and the candidate.
