About This Role:
As the Administrative Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager and library staff by managing the daily operations that keep our building running smoothly. This is a dynamic position that requires critical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
You'll be responsible for handling budgets and financial paperwork, ordering supplies, coordinating meeting room reservations, and maintaining organized digital records. You'll also update voicemail messages, submit maintenance requests, and work closely with custodial staff to ensure the building remains safe, clean, and welcoming. Additionally, you'll manage inventory and compile monthly statistics to support overall branch operations.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of administrative support experience.

This is a non-exempt, 20-hour per week position. Scheduled hours will fall within Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Typical weekly schedules include four five-hour shifts
