The Superintendent - Multifamily Renovations - Baltimore, MD will be responsible for: Manage day-to-day site operations for a 200+ unit occupied renovation project Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met Coordinate tenant access and ensure minimal disruption during renovations Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with project specifications Maintain daily logs, monitor manpower, and track progress Lead site meetings and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align field operations with project schedule Manage deliveries, material staging, and verify installation matches approved submittals Respond quickly to field issues and help resolve any delays or challenges MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Superintendent - Multifamily Renovations - Baltimore, MD will have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or multifamily construction projects Proven experience in multifamily renovation, especially occupied renovations Ability to manage large-scale renovation projects with multiple units in progress simultaneously Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and renovation workflows Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus Ability to work onsite full-time in Baltimore, MD The Superintendent - Multifamily Renovations - Baltimore, MD will receive: Base salary: $125,000 - $130,000+ (flexible based on experience) Bonus potential Car allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Opportunity to work with a respected, stable, and growing construction firm
