The Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations - Baltimore, MD will be responsible for: Oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction to closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Coordinate with tenants and stakeholders on occupied renovation logistics. Lead project meetings and ensure timely communication with all project participants. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Mentor APMs and support staff as needed. The Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations - Baltimore, MD will have: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Experience with multifamily renovations or occupied space construction strongly preferred. Open to strong APMs with proven leadership on similar projects. Ability to manage large-scale projects ($20M+) independently. Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
