HR Generalist
Addison Group is partnering with our client to find a hands-on, growth-focused HR Generalist. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead HR operations, mentor a team member, and help shape the department for long-term success. The HR Generalist will oversee the full scope of human resources, including compliance, policy development, benefits administration, recruitment, and audits. This role will directly supervise an HR Assistant and serve as the key HR contact for the organization. Key responsibilities include: Act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and HR documentation Manage benefits programs through ADP and coordinate with retirement plan providers Evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR Assistant Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of back-office and leadership positions Conduct audits on benefits, compensation, job descriptions, and compliance Prepare and analyze compensation data and reports Review and coordinate company meetings for compliance and effectiveness Administer behavioral assessments and train managers on interpreting results Qualifications include: 5+ years HR experience with proven leadership skills Background in Financial Services Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and recruiting best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with HR systems (experience with ADP preferred) Additional details include: 100% in-office role in Denver, CO Position includes direct oversight of an HR Assistant Parking provided Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
