Structural Welder

We are seeking skilled structural welders to join our team. Candidates must proficiently weld using Mig and Flux techniques, read blueprints, and measure accurately with tape measures. They should have the knowledge and ability to set amperage and voltage on welding machines and grind welds effectively. Proficiency in welding in the 3G (vertical) position is required. Responsibilities

Read blueprints and drawings to take or read measurements for planning layout and procedures. Determine appropriate welding equipment or methods based on requirements. Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting materials with powered saws to match measurements. Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding. Align components using tools like calipers and rulers, and clamp pieces securely. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, or overhead. Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws. Maintain equipment in a condition that ensures safety. Essential Skills

Proficiency in Mig welding. Ability to read blueprints and tape measures. Experience in welding in the 3G (vertical) position. Knowledge of setting amperage and voltage on welding machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications

You will work in a structured environment with shifts from 5am to 3:30pm or 5pm to 4:30am, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
