Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Are you ready to kickstart your career in research and talent acquisition? Join HireIO, a workforce solutions firm, as a Recruiting Associate Consultant (Recruitment Trainee). This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are bilingual in Mandarin Chinese to participate in a 3-month training program with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

During this three-month temp-to-hire role, you will receive structured training and hands-on development to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment. Youll work on live projects covering everything from sourcing to candidate outreach. Upon successful completion of the program and demonstration of your capabilities, you may be offered a long-term position where you can grow and thrive in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Communication : Reach out to potential candidates via email, social media platforms, and professional networks. Maintain regular engagement to build relationships and keep candidates informed of relevant opportunities.
  • Sourcing : Proactively search for candidates using job boards, online databases, and other tools. Write personalized outreach messages that clearly communicate job roles and showcase company culture.
  • Market Research : Conduct research to identify hiring trends, competitive talent strategies, and industry insights. Use these findings to refine sourcing approaches.
  • Data Analysis : Track and analyze sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness. Identify patterns and areas for improvement to optimize recruitment results.
  • Collaboration : Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs and role priorities. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance talent delivery.
  • Documentation : Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and key recruitment metrics. Prepare reports to show progress toward team goals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Training : Participate in training to learn the entire recruitment processfrom job intake and sourcing to interviews and offer negotiation.
  • Client Management Training : Gain foundational skills in managing client relationships, assessing client needs, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable insights.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with staffing/recruitment processes is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Build valuable experience and practical skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
