Recruiting Associate Consultant/Technical Recruiter
HireIO is seeking a motivated Research Consultant (Recruitment Trainee) to join our team and kickstart a career in research and talent acquisition. This is a 3-month training program designed for recent graduates and bilingual candidates in Mandarin Chinese, with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.
During the program, you will receive comprehensive training in full-cycle recruitment, engaging in tasks such as sourcing, candidate outreach, and market research. Successful trainees will be considered for long-term employment, equipped to excel in the recruitment field.
- Candidate Communication: Reach out to potential candidates via email, social media, and professional networks, maintaining regular contact to build relationships.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use online databases, job boards, and other resources to identify potential candidates. Craft personalized messages to communicate opportunities effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct industry research to inform sourcing strategies and identify talent pools.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and support recruitment efforts.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Full Cycle Recruitment & Client Management Training: Participate in training programs covering job requisition analysis, sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and client relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with staffing and recruitment industry practices is advantageous.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
