Tides Of Mind Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist to join our team. As a vital member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you will contribute to our mission of improving healthcare for everyone. We aim to provide high-quality medical service while addressing the physical, mental, and social needs of our patients.
In your role as a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing treatment for a variety of mental health conditions through individual and group therapy sessions, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate with external care providers.
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication needs.
Engage in enriching the training of our graduate students.
Screen and assess patients for a range of mental health and substance use disorders.
Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to provide comprehensive care.
Monitor treatment progress and adapt strategies as needed based on clinical symptoms and patient feedback.
Represent our practice in community events, presentations, or lectures to promote awareness and accessibility of mental health services.
Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in your state.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience after obtaining your Master's degree.
Experience delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Proficient in medical documentation software and electronic communication, including relevant EHR systems.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Your compensation will be determined by factors such as local market conditions, level of education, work experience, and certifications.
