As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to treat diverse mental health conditions through: Building strong provider-patient relationships and collaborating with external care providers. Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and offering ongoing medication management. Contributing to the training and development of graduate students. Screening and assessing patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Implementing various evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitoring treatment progress and adapting interventions as needed. Representing our practice through community presentations and lectures. Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active, unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in California. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional clinical experience post-Master's degree. Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using technology for communication and medical documentation. A proven track record of working independently and collaboratively. Salary Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $58,300 to $114,300. Pay is determined by various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care benefits, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k plan.
