At Edward Jones, we refer to our field associates as branch teams. Our teams typically consist of two or three individuals, including the Client Support Specialist role. You will be the first voice a client hears when they call and the first face they see when they visit us. While your responsibilities are many, your most important task is to understand your clients so thoroughly that you can anticipate their needs and challenges. Alongside your financial advisor, you'll be essential in guiding clients towards their most important financial aspirations.

In this position, you will collaborate with financial advisors to assist clients in reaching their long-term financial goals. Your primary focus will be to provide vital administrative support, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. We take pride in serving over nine million clients, and our Client Support Specialists are a pivotal part of our success. What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional and personalized services to ensure clients feel valued and understood. Engage in the annual business planning to help strategize for the upcoming year. Listen attentively to identify client situations that may require additional services. Initiate marketing activities by planning and executing branch events. Handle administrative tasks, schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and support marketing efforts with a focus on streamlining processes. Technology Proficiency:
