In this role, you will provide treatment for a broad spectrum of mental health conditions tailored to our diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate with external providers for comprehensive care. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatments. Engage in the training and mentorship of graduate students. Screen and assess patients for various mental health and substance use disorders. Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to address a range of mental health conditions. Systematically monitor and track treatment responses, noting any changes in clinical symptoms or medication effects. Participate in community outreach through presentations and lectures. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (Athena) while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Current and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in your state. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of direct clinical experience following your Master's degree. Experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Familiarity with electronic medical documentation and professional communication tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, depending on full-time employment status. Our compensation considers various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
