The PSC Supervisor is responsible for for providing daily guidance to designated team members to foster team cohesion and effective collaboration; both within the team and with other IHI colleagues, while ensuring efficient operations and a positive patient experience and engagement. Actively participate in the creation, evaluation, and refinement of departmental workflows, aiming to improve operational efficiency and maintain consistency across processes. Make recommendations and implement changes to workflows and staffing levels as needed to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and team performance. Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, and conduct performance reviews and year-end evaluations for assigned team members to ensure continuous professional growth and alignment with department goals. Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to establish both departmental and individual employee goals, aligning them with broader organizational objectives. Present updates on processes, project status, or compliance matters to the department or small groups, ensuring clear and effective communication of key information. Monitor and approve time worked, including overtime, in ADP; manage time-off requests; and ensure appropriate staffing levels in coordination with the team manager/director. Responsibility for these tasks may vary depending on the supervisor's direct reports and the number of non-exempt staff. Requirements Minimum 2 years of related experience . GED or High School diploma required Valid driver's license and automobile insurance is required. Occasional travel is a requirement of this role. All IHI employees are expected to enable multi-factor authentication via their personal smart phone/smart device in order to access IHI systems as a requirement of the role.
