American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele float position requiring travel and telemetry expertise at a Level 1 Trauma, Magnet teaching hospital.Job Details•Work in a short-term acute care setting with float requirements to all adult acute care, med/surg, and stepdown units,•Patient caseload ratios of 1:4-6,•Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week (19:00-07:30),•Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience required,•Magnet-designated teaching environment with Level 1 Trauma status,•Will work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule,•Locals accepted for one contract with no local radius rule,•No block scheduling permitted,•No on-call required,Job Requirements•Active Michigan RN license required by start date (no compact licenses accepted),•Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred),•Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred,•Prior travel nursing experience required,•Telemetry experience, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management, required,•Ability to provide proof of high school education,•Epic charting experience required,Additional Information•Must be available to work two of three major holidays, including the day before and after,•RTO requests must be submitted with application; up to 5 days maximum per assignment and not approved after signing,•Holiday and specific RTO blackout dates apply,•Must complete all required modules prior to start,•Hunter green scrubs required,•Free parking provided with badge access,•Returning employees must wait 12 months before being eligible to return,•First-time travelers are not accepted for this position,),•hash,:•14714832983135173554,
