Corporate M&A Associate – Mid-Level to Senior (4–5 Years) Compensation:

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Corporate M&A Associate with 4 to 5 years of strong experience drafting and negotiating merger agreements. The successful candidate will have the ability to run deals with minimal oversight, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, high-quality legal solutions. Law firm experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating merger agreements and other transaction documents Managing deal processes from start to finish, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures (both domestic and cross-border) Advising boards of directors on corporate governance matters related to transactions Collaborating with clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical services, technology, and electronics Providing strategic planning and preparation advice to sell-side clients in advance of potential acquisitions Supporting buy-side clients in developing programs to improve efficiencies across multiple acquisitions and integrate execution between in-house legal teams and outside counsel Mentoring junior attorneys as needed Maintaining a team-oriented, solutions-focused approach Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of relevant M&A experience in a law firm setting Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills Ability to work independently on complex matters while maintaining strong client relationships Interest in start-ups is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills In-office presence required 5 days per week Collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture Seniority level
