Venture capital firm with a portfolio of market-leading companies is looking for a strategic Executive Assistant to support an Investment Partner and Principal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, close-knit team where you'll serve as a true thought partner. Provide support to the Partner and Principal with calendar management, prioritization, travel planning, and meeting support. You will also track deal flow, manage key relationships, plan events, and manage projects to support the team and firm. Someone entrepreneurial, proactive, who possesses strong project management skills with previous experience in client services or high-touch environments. This is a fully in-office role based on the waterfront in San Francisco. 140-160K+ DOE + fully covered benefits including dependents, bonus, carry, 401k with matching, and commuter & phone reimbursement. Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic thought partner, proactively managing calendars and prioritization for the Partner and Principal.Provide feedback when necessary to help executives maintain realistic schedules and commitments. Book travel and accommodations, including detailed itineraries. Provide meeting prep and support to ensure the Executive is well informed on the agenda, stakeholders, and briefing notes. Manage relationships with stakeholders, particularly maximizing value during travel by thoughtfully scheduling meetings with key contacts. Track deal pipeline in CRM (Affinity), maintaining visibility across all contexts and work.Serve as operational support for the team by monitoring active deals, ensuring follow-through, and managing follow-ups. Oversee active projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met. Organize events, including managing logistics, creative input on invite lists, sourcing venues, etc. Qualifications:

4+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced role. Plus, if previously in venture capital or similar industry. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. High EQ, intellectual curiosity, and a friendly, collaborative demeanor. Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and making decisions on behalf of executives. Clear and concise communicator. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to proactively identify valuable connections and optimize schedules for maximum impact. Strategic mindset with a commitment to delivering meaningful support that contributes to organizational goals. Professional presence with polished communication and presentation skills. Experience with CRM systems and proficient in leveraging tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. *Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
